    When attempting to increase your muscle mass, it's an excellent idea to consume foods that are rich in protein before a workout and immediately afterwards. For example, try consuming 15 grams of protein 30 minutes before your workout, and following up with another 15 grams of protein post-workout. You can get this quickly and easily by drinking a tall glass of milk.
